Becoming a GBACH Member

 

We ask all who are considering membership in GBACH to read our bylaws to better understand the foundation of our group and how it functions.

GBACH membership year runs from August 1 to July 31 of the following year.

Joining GBACH is a multi-step process:

1. Complete the REQUEST WEBSITE ACCESS form

2. Wait for an email from the regsistrar for instructions on how to proceed.

3. Within 2 days of registration, mail your payment to GBACH at the address listed in the email, or pay via PayPal.

4.  Send a PDF copy of your PI-1206 form to GBACH by November 1.  (Not applicable to families who have preschool-aged children only.)  This can be accomplished by emailing an electronic copy of your PI-1206 to [email protected] -or- sending a paper copy to the GBACH PO Box.  (When you file your PI-1206, you can print it out in PDF format, which will be saved on your system.)

When your payment is received you will have full access to the website.  As a member, you will receive access to the members-only parts of our website, including our membership directory and forum. Voting privileges and the right to participate in GBACH-sponsored field trips and events are also included in membership.

A scholarship fund has been created through donations to assist those who have financial need. Please contact a current board member at [email protected] to request assistance.
